Kenil and Mittal are one of those guys who are a photographer’s dream couple. We could ask them to sleep on the ground, jump from the wall or wake them up at 5 am to get ready for a long photo shoot, they would be up for anything.
The festivities started at 2 different locations i.e. Lake City, Florida, and Macon, Georgia. Being a husband-wife team, it is beneficial for the couples as we split ourselves to work in different locations at the same time during those ceremonies. The mehndi and pooja took place at their respective homes with nonstop dance and dhol.
Garba and Gujarati go hand in hand. Yes, you got it right. It’s time for some dance performances and dandiya at their Sangeet Sandhya. The highlight of the event was the bride and groom’s entry when they stood behind a screen and the families could see just see them in silhouettes. Kenil surprised Mittal as he sang a song for her and she couldn’t be happier. The moment the couple came out, friends and family were on their feet welcoming them to a new phase in life. This was one of the moments where I got nervy & got some goosebumps!
After nonstop partying till midnight, it was time for the big day. We woke up around 5 am to get the pictures of the bride and groom getting dressed up so they would have some time for pictures before the ceremony. I must say the bride looked absolutely flawless and I couldn’t stop pressing the shutter. The bridal party was so much fun to hang out with and it shows up in the pictures how much they enjoyed while we went about our work!
The pictures at the guest table were clicked time during their engagement shoot which we did at 2 different locations i.e Alpine Groove State Park and St.Augustine. Do check out the vintage-themed setup we did for them which was one of my favorites.
