In the beautiful month of March, when the sun shines bright and flora is in its full bloom, so are Nitesh and Mara’s hearts. You guessed it right its time for their ‘Big Day.’ How excited can anyone else be for her child’s wedding other than a “mother”, right? Nitesh’s mother sounded absolutely excited when she called us for the first time for her son’s wedding. She planned this entire extravaganza with minutest details along with Eventrics Weddings, the wedding planner.
Indian weddings are downright lavish, grand and extravagant oozing out the essence of flamboyance and exuberance. This wedding surely had all those ingredients. There were series of functions lined up before the wedding day. Ghari, a traditional pooja, was performed for prosperity of both the families. From traditional decor, dance beat on the dholak & the intricate pooja samagri, everything looked neatly arranged by the family. Sangeet took place on the beautiful lawns at Epping Forest Yatch Club. Just by the river at sunset, the venue was decorated with the royal elephant theme. The oomph factor rose every inch with all the sizzling dance performances and the fire stunt show!
Wedding day had much more in store for us! Bright sunny day at TPC Sawgrass, stunning entry of groom on the horse, the dancing baraatis and beautiful Mara who looked gorgeous in her wedding lehenga. The cocktail hour brought out the biggest surprise for the couple, the spectacular fireworks which Nitesh’s parents specially arranged for the newly weds. At the reception, Mara looked like a doll in the white wedding dress handcrafted by her mom. We wish all the luck to the newly married couple for their new journey and may these celebrations never end!
